CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) TRAVEL & HEALTH UPDATES

The St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show is moving forward as planned. The health and safety of our staff, exhibitors and visitors is of the utmost importance and as such will follow the industry-wide AllSecure standards created and implemented by Informa in coordination with association partners.

All show staff, exhibitors and attendees will be required to have their temperature checked before entering the show and it will be mandatory to wear face masks as required by City of St Petersburg and Pinellas County emergency orders.

St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show is the largest boat show on the Gulf Coast. The show features an extraordinary selection of power boats and sailboats in water and on land, including a 40,000 square-foot clear span tent housing all types of marine gear. Catch up with boating experts and learn about the latest features and innovations in the marine industry.

 

St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show will be organised in accordance with Informa’s AllSecure health and safety standard. Informa Markets has collaborated with association partners and relevant authorities to develop the industry-wide AllSecure standards that raise the bar on safe, hygienic, productive and high-quality organised event experiences.  All Informa events will be run according to official government and local authority guidance in the first instance, as well as all location-specific regulations.

Is the St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show Still Going Ahead?


The St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show will take place January 14-17, 2021. 

All show staff, exhibitors and attendees will be required to have their temperature checked before entering the show and it will be mandatory to wear face masks as required by City of St Petersburg and Pinellas County emergency orders.

Will the St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show be Refunding Tickets?


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE OFFERED OR PERMITTED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED HEREIN.

If the St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show is cancelled prior to opening day, we will issue you a refund of face value paid for the ticket (if any) (or, for a discounted ticket, the discounted ticket price paid) to the credit card, debit card, that you used to purchase your tickets, less applicable service fees. The foregoing is limited to tickets purchased directly through our online ticketing site and does not apply to (ii) complimentary tickets, (iii) tickets provided on a barter basis, or (iv) tickets issued in connection with any sponsorship. If tickets were purchased through another method, please directly contact the person or entity from whom you purchased such tickets, as we will not refund you therefor. There will be no liability on the part of the St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show or Informa Markets for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled Show. You hereby forever release the St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show, Informa Markets, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and shareholders from any and all obligations or liabilities, claims, actions, damages, losses and/or expenses arising out of or resulting from a cancellation of the Show.

Informa AllSecure is the approach we are taking to enhancing the health and safety standards in place at Informa events following COVID-19. You can expect to see that health and safety is a priority and that a range of measures are in place to ensure everyone involved is able to enjoy a safe, hygienic, productive and high-quality organized event experience. All show staff, exhibitors and attendees will be required to have their temperature checked before entering the show and it will be mandatory to wear face masks as required by City of St Petersburg and Pinellas County emergency orders.

What are the social distance requirements in the show?


Events will be run according to official government and local authority guidance. Social distancing of 6 ft will be maintained at all times with the exception of family members residing together.

Guest circulation paths in accordance with social distancing regulations will be indicated throughout the event.

What are the requirements of the exhibitor for cleaning/sanitizing?

Informa has developed the industry-wide AllSecure Standards that raise the bar on safe hygienic, productive and high-quality organized event experiences. Exhibitors will comply with all requirements established by Pinellas County and the City of St. Petersburg, including but not limited to increased sanitation throughout the day with deep cleaning and disinfection during all operating hours.
